We have heard over the years the difficulties regarding engagement of auto-assigned patients and/or the difficulties having patients reach out to Fidelis to be assigned to the provider they are seeing. Jill will discuss how she and her team can assist with this process. She will discuss the process of closing gaps through their claims process.
